Nazish gathered a wealth of experience in dealing with workplace issues while working as an employment lawyer in the city and training as a workplace mediator. Wanting to find her ideal job, Nazish undertook a successful career change in 2010 and experienced first-hand how to be happier at work.
She founded Red Arbre over ten years ago and has enjoyed working with professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including finance, law, publishing, the UN, the NHS, and many others.
In 2018 Nazish carried out a series of interviews of female international human rights lawyers from all over the world about their experiences of Imposter Syndrome. Combining this global scale learning with her own coaching experience means she has an in-depth and unique understanding of Imposter Syndrome and the coaching tools and strategies that can help to overcome it.
Specialising in overcoming Imposter Syndrome and increasing confidence and happiness at work, she also regularly presents seminars and workshops for organisations on these subjects.
Nazish combines a genuine fascination with happiness at work and a passion for coaching techniques, together with a unique blend of corporate and not-for-profit insight.

About Red Arbre
'Arbre’ is French for ‘tree’ and the name Red Arbre is inspired by Shaun Tan’s picture book, The Red Tree. The book is a wonderful reminder that there is always a way forward, even when things feel overwhelming.
